I am a UK qualified Geography teacher with with over 20 years experience of delivering the GCSE, IGCSE, ALevel, MYP and IB Geography curriculum. I am currently employed as an examiner with Edexcel so have a thorough understanding of the best way to support students to prepare and excel for GCSE, Alevel and IBDP examinations. In 2015, I qualified as a SENCO teacher and have worked with primary and secondary children with educational needs, including those with memory and processing difficulties, anxiety, dyslexia, autism, ADHD/ADD, cognition and learning difficulties, communication and interaction difficulties, motor skills difficulties and dyscalculia.

Hi, my name is Holly and I’m a qualified primary teacher specialising in ages 3-7, but have experience right the way up to year 6. My current role in the school is leading and delivering specialised intervention for pupils who would benefit from targeted support to help them reach their full potential. I have experience working with SEN pupils and have undertaken full training and worked closely with the school SENCO to ensure I can support the children and create an inspiring and motivating learning journey.
I have over 16 years experience working within a Primary School setting, 10 of those being as a senior leader with core responsibilities. I have worked in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, my specialism is upper Key Stage 2, in particular Year 6 SATS and 11 plus tuition. Over the years I have built up a profile of tutoring children for the 11plus exams in Birmingham with great success - my clients predominantly want one-to-one quality tuition as opposed to group settings in education centres, which is what I provide. I currently work part-time as a freelance educator and have been employed to boost Year 6 children before their SATS exams ( I have been Year 6 lead for 6 years at my last full time place of work). Working part-time in schools allows me to focus on my private tuition in the afternoons and evenings but still keeps my foot in primary education.
