Due to the extensive disruption to effective learning the past two years have had many students have huge gaps in their learning, have lost enthusiasm and confidence. My primary aim is to help students in these three areas. Primarily helping them master the basics of the subject, followed by giving them opportunities to consolidate their learning and grow in confidence. I have a vast bank of resources and extensive subject knowledge, after a few lessons I get to know a student allowing me to adapt resources and lessons to their individual needs. Helping learners to gain confidence and knowledge isn't enough for me, I always aim to pass on my love and passion for the subject to them. Additionally I am to set homework tasks and encourage students to develop their independent learning skills, which inevitably help them in the long run.
