A qualified secondary school teacher of Science in the Colchester area with 5 years teaching experience at two local schools in a Colchester and Tiptree. I am able to tutor Biology and Chemistry to A-level and Physics to GCSE. In my current role, I take responsibility for KS3 Science and contribute to the department's development. I am responsible for ensuring that we deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum which provides all students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. In addition, I am also a team leader for Edexcel for the GCSE Biology and Combined Science papers and therefore have an excellent understanding of what is required for this specification.

Teaches Biology, Chemistry and Physics from Key Stage 3 to GCSE and A level Individual and combined Science from Key Stage 3 to GCSE; across the major exam boards, supports GCSE retakes. Has taught PSHE and been a form tutor, and enjoys volunteering at a care home, fundraising for a youth football team, and hosting foreign students from a local language school.
