Teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics to yr10 (GCSE) and Biology to yr 11-13. (GCSE to A-level) including Biology yr11 Triple content (separate sciences GCSE). Experience teaching all major exam boards. I am a fun and energetic teacher with an ability to explain difficult topics to all ages in a way that they can understand. I am also a keen sportsman, focusing on rugby, swimming and skiing. My teaching style is bouncy and exciting and this shows my passion for my subjects. I am able to make meaningful professional relationships with students and this also allows me to help them achieve their academic targets.I have a bank of resources from my teaching work and can differentiate lessons to suit the needs of any leaner. I have had experience working with special educational needs students and are very comfortable teaching any student. I have experience with ages from 9-18 and can teach all science subjects to GCSE level and Biology to A level and above.

Very capable of teaching to the highest A *grade requirements and also have the ability to support those who have struggled with their adjustment to A level, Can teach subject matter missed due to current disruption as well as refine exam techniques. Provides support for UCAS and Oxbridge applications. Also Diploma in Counselling BACP Leeds Metropolitan University and empathic mother of three teenagers. In addition provides home schooling for GCSE Biology GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition and GCSE PE. Currently I am tutoring both face to face following social distancing and hygiene guidelines and online using video calls such as FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom. For all my clients I provide photocopying of relevant past paper questions and lesson material for each lesson posting these in advance if required.
