I am a qualified Primary Teacher with 12 years of experience in the field, and have just finished a Masters in Education and Development. I am currently working as an online tutor. I have worked in a multitude of different settings from mainstream schools in the UK, to International schools in Dubai and Bali. I teach across all core subjects in the primary age range, and specialise in literacy, reading comprehension skills and building key maths skills. I can provide preparation for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 SATs through home schooling and can build units of work to support you and your child's needs. l also teach basic Spanish at Primary level and have a TEFL Qualification. My education philosophy recognises the connection between increased self -esteem and academic success and my aim is to make learning a fun and positive experience by creating a warm and engaging atmosphere whether online or face-to-face.
