As a qualified and experienced Primary teacher, my main aim is to help my students grow in confidence and become independent learners. Having managed a class of 30 students, I am excellent at building relationships with young people. I am very passionate about helping children become more resilient and view their mistakes as an opportunity to learn. I enjoy creating a productive, exciting environment for learning, taking into account my student's learning style. I have both classroom and tutoring experience and consider it a high priority to identify and address gaps in my student's learning. My areas of speciality at Primary level are Maths and writing but I am accomplished at delivering all areas of the curriculum at KS2 Level. I also have experience tutoring GCSE Maths as I enjoy one-to-one tutoring at this level. My own success in these subjects (A* in GCSE/A-Level Maths) drives my passion to continue engaging with Maths at a higher level.
