I am a fully qualified, recently retired experienced Biology, Chemistry and Physics Teacher. I have 22 years experience of teaching all abilities at a leading independent school. I am capable of teaching Biology to A Level and all of the science subjects from Prep and Key Stage 3, through to GCSE or IGCSE level.. I can also provide tuition for GCSE Maths. My daughter had to be home schooled, so I understand the pressure that families face when children cannot attend school. I really enjoy working with students to motivate and help them through difficult issues in their lives. I have had great success working with GCSE and A level pupils.

I have taught Secondary Science and A Level Chemistry since 2004 and have worked in the state and independent sector as well as a Sixth Form College (Brockenhurst) and International School (Dubai). I teach Chemistry and Biology up to A Level/IB and also Physics and Science up to GCSE and IGCSE. I also have a keen interest in CPD and Teacher Training - I worked for a year as a CPD developer for Science Learning Centre South East and love to keep up to date with current educational research. In my current school I was Coordinator for the Very Able for four years and am now the Extended Project Coordinator. I have worked for OCR as an examiner and resource developer for A Level Chemistry and have been tutoring part time since 2003.
