Just a few of our Physics teachers in Lynmouth

Mrs Philippa W

I have been a teacher for over 20 years and a head of Physics at a large comprehensive in Cardiff for over 15 years. I teach all levels of students from year 9 upwards: from those who aspire to a C grade to those who aspire to and achieve an A* grade at A level. I am experienced in providing support for ALN students. My alps (A level grade comparison with other schools across the UK) prior to 2020 showed I added significant value to our students (Alps grade 2). I am also an experienced examiner at A2, AS and GCSE for both the WJEC and an English Board; Pearson Edexcel. I like to be sure my tutoring is effective and I will work well with the student. For this reason my first session is always free.
