'My main goal is to enable each student to reach their full potential by setting high expectations and removing any barriers which are preventing them from achieving their full potential. I am experienced in catering for all learners through differentiation, using effective assessment for learning to measure progress, and planning engaging and challenging lessons. Being involved in a multi-ethnic school with a high number of EAL students has expanded my vision in working with students from all backgrounds and given me the opportunity to focus on how to best support students with learning needs. Students will be provided with exam style questions on every topic they cover during the session.
