'I am absolutely passionate about education and the opportunities that it can give to young people. I love teaching and enjoy the responsibility of enabling young people to achieve their potential. I have unique experience and skill in supporting children who may be struggling in school due to social and emotional issues, and as a Headteacher had total responsibility for the special needs provision within my school.'
