Currently, in my role as Director of Learning, I provide pedagogical leadership to support teaching and learning across a group of academies: supporting professional development across staff teams whilst improving attainment by working closely with pupils who require additional support or challenge. My Creative Arts background allows me to use a variety of methods to make learning fun and engage pupils in different ways, whilst achieving great results.
