Jane aims to increase the student’s confidence in maths and has a sympathetic and practical approach to tutoring, tailoring the speed and level to the individual. She is a strong believer that if you can 'see' the maths you will remember it. Jane loves maths and wishes to pass her enthusiasm on - and believes that when people understand, then they are happy to do maths. She has had excellent feedback, quite a few ’lightbulb’ moments, students saying 'oh - I really like algebra now!' as well as good exam results and students regularly going from bottom to top of their class.
