In my HOKS3 I specialised in improving reading skill, developing the curriculum to focus on raising reading age and offering breadth and variety in literature. At GCSE, working predominantly in a grammar setting, I specialised in stretch and challenge for high achievers. I have gained a track record of highly successful AQA GCSE results with over 65% 7-9 every year. I am expert at A Level AQA tragedy and Lit/Lang Edexcel, plus NEA/coursework.

I am 27 years old, a maths graduate from the University of Bath (MMath), and a former Maths Teacher and Key Stage 5 Coordinator at a well known and very successful secondary school and sixth form in Bath. I have been a Maths tutor on and off since I was in the sixth form, alongside my studies and career, with roughly 4-5 years experience in total across a variety of ages and abilities. I also have 4 years experience as a full-time teacher, and in my last year I was appointed KS5 Maths Coordinator for my school, giving me responsibility for all of our A-level students. During my teaching career, I was lucky enough to teach every type of group you could think of - from lower Year 7 right the way up to Year 13 further maths A-level. I welcome tutees of all levels from any background - no matter what goals you have in mind, it would be a privilege to help you achieve them.
