Miss Steph W

Experienced 11+ tutor with extensive experience of 11+ examinations in Greater Manchester schools. I have tutored a great number of students for 11+ and independent school exams using the CEM and GL testing. I am currently a year 5 teacher and so fully understand the gaps in learning between school and the 11+. Preparing for the 11+ is a challenging task and one in which many parents will find stressful as most of the content isn't taught in school. The standard in which to pass is considerably higher than that of most Year 5 students. From the start, I will use previous papers and to ensure your child is able to deal with the time element of the paper and the content, learning to work quickly and effectively I will ensure you child has the best possible chance of securing a place. I am to make my lessons fun and engaging and not stressful. I love tutoring and have a proven track record the Trafford consortium (Stretford, Urmurston, Sale) St bedes, Loreto and Altrincham Grammars to name a few.
