I work with pre-schools, primary schools, and individuals who recognise the need to support their children's mental health and wellbeing but may not have the resources, time or specialisms to do so as much as they would like. I now own my own education and wellbeing business. I deliver all-inclusive face to face workshops that allow pupils access to simple and effective techniques for relaxation, mindfulness and stress management, delivered in a fun and creative way. My experience working within the SEND sector also means that I love having the opportunity to support those who have additional needs. I tutor children with a range of special educational needs.
