All of our private tutors in Market Drayton are qualified and experienced teachers offering their skills as high-quality tutors. This means we cover every academic subject and year group - and that our tutors have the most up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and exam boards. Lessons can be taught face-to-face in your home or delivered online, at a time that works for you.
Many parents get frustrated by poor quality, unqualified tutors. That’s why all 18,000+ of our UK tutors are qualified schoolteachers – so you know they are trained to teach children, safe, and experienced at teaching the latest curriculum at a high-quality.
You don’t need to scroll through pages of irrelevant and often unavailable tutors with our service. Just fill in our simple form or have a quick phone call and, within 24 hours, we will send you a shortlist of available, suitable teachers in your area.
You can be safe in the knowledge that if you are unhappy with your first lesson (this is rare, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right), we will not charge you for the lesson, and we will look to find you another high-quality teacher.

After my PhD, I started teaching Italian (Cactus School of Languages). Later on, thanks to the PGCE course in Modern Languages at the University of East Anglia (2012). I have learnt a wide array of teaching techniques and new technologies. In all the schools where I have been employed since then, I've been well known for my ability to integrate frontal teaching with interactive activities developed by using platforms such as Memrise etc., which I exploit to teach students how to learn languages by using different memory techniques. I also ran a number of language-related blogs and discussions for my former Spanish department on Tumblr (see thespanishdept.tumblr) and on other platforms. As for my language skills, on the top of Italian, that is my mother tongue, and English and Spanish, in which I am fluent, I can also speak French (currently intermediate level). In conclusion, I believe that my language skills and my long-standing teaching experience make me your ideal option to learn a language from home.
I am currently a teacher of MFL (German and French) in my fifth year of teaching. I teach year 7-13 German and year 7-10 French. I am an examiner for the Pearson/Edexcel and AQA exam boards and specialise in examining both the GCSE and A-Level writing papers.
