I am a member of the British Psychological Society. I have taught at a specialist school for learners with social, emotional and mental health problems, and achieved an OFSTED Outstanding grade. I was recently a SENCO at two difficult schools in Norwich. During an OFSTED inspection in 2018, the OFSTED report mentioned me for doing a good job in pinpointing exactly the needs of all learners with SEN’. I have experience of applying for EHCPs and reviewing them, as well as applying for placements at special schools and working alongside educational psychologists and speech and language therapists. I was the communication champion and mental health champion too.
