I provide tuition in KS3/KS4 Science, A-level Chemistry as well as KS3/KS4/A-level/ Undergraduate Music. I started my career by obtaining a BSc in Chemistry and a PGCE in secondary education and taught for over twelve years in a secondary school in Alton, where I ran the department’s enrichment programme, the KS3 science club and was a coursework moderator. After discovering the Grateful Dead’s music and their unique improvisational style, I turned my attention to music and returned to the University of Surrey to obtain a 1st class BMus in 2016 and a doctorate in 2020 with my thesis The Stylistic Development of the Grateful Dead 1965-1973. During my research, I also obtained a diploma for teaching in higher education. I am the author of the Children’s story ‘Hello Mr Bow-Tie’ based on the adventures of my cats, and a horror novel ‘the Vampire of Portsmouth’ both of which are due for publication later in the year.
