I am a current Secondary History & Geography in a large Academies Trust. I am a young, ambitious teacher and my favourite part of my role is seeing my pupils enjoy their studies. I am known for my positive approach to pupils with their studies, and my nature seems to encourage further engagement and concentration within the subject. In my previous role to this, I taught up to AS Level also, at an Independent School, therefore meaning I have experience in different educational settings. I teach Y7-11 and have taught Y12. The exam board at my current school is Edexcel. Specialises in 11 plus tuition, with a very high pass rate for Skipton Girls' High School, Ermysted's Grammar School and North Halifax Grammar School, Also offers both online and face to face tuition in Maths , English , French and Spanish at Key Stage 2, 3 and 4. Prepares students for GCSE (experienced in AQA and EDEXCEL) , SATS and school entrance exams. I have been a full time tutor for over ten years and as such, can dedicate the time and energy needed to give students the best experience, as well as time to research appropriate materials and liaise with parents and sometimes a student's school teachers.
