I am an energetic and inspiring teacher who will instil a passion for knowledge in every pupil, allowing them to unlock their true potential and achieve even the most aspirational of goals. I am a qualified, experienced and highly skilled primary school teacher with exceptional subject and pedagogical knowledge. As a class teacher, a tutor and a Deputy Headteacher, I have a proven track record for getting results: the pupils I have taught and tutored have all performed far beyond expectations in their end of Key Stage Two examinations, GCSEs and 11+ exams. I have tutored three pupils to perform so exceptionally well in their entrance exams as to be awarded full scholarships to private education. I also have a particular passion for teaching science and have excelled in the role of science coordinator. I am enthusiastic, relentlessly optimistic and driven; I work very hard to ensure that all knowledge can be understood in an engaging and interesting way. Consequently, I can guarantee results.

A little more about Kidlington

Kidlington is a large village and civil parish between the River Cherwell and the Oxford Canal, 5 miles north of Oxford, with a popultaion around 14,000. Kidlington's toponym is derived from the Old English Cudelinga tun: the tun (settlement) of the "Kidlings" (sons) of Cydel-hence. In the 20th century Kidlington grew to be a contender for largest village in England (as well as Europe). In 2016 the BBC reported mysterious weekly coachloads of sightseers in Kidlington, seen posing for photos in front gardens and against parked cars, with no apparent reason for their interest.
