Before I moved to Dubai I worked in Wales for three years as a Year 3, 4 and Nursery teacher. I think it is important to facilitate children with the opportunities to be ambitious independent learners. I encourage pupils to adopt a growth mind-set where they develop a love for learning, resilience and are encouraged to always try their best. This ensures that all pupils are able to reach their full potential. I am able to differentiate learning to best support children's individual needs.
