Miss Catherine B

I have worked as a primary school teacher for 5+ years, specialising in Key Stage 1. My time in KS1 means that I have experience teaching all subjects, including Phonics, as an early reading approach. I have recently taken a step away from the full time classroom to pursue other avenues of employment and interest. However, I am still very keen to stay in touch with the world of education. I enjoy working creatively and building relationships with my students that enable me to tailor their learning to them. When I am not teaching, I may be found invigilating exams, running holiday clubs, or working promotional events. You might even encounter me at a wedding, where I am a registrar. I adore the chance to be even a small part of someone's happy day! I appreciate the opportunity to meet different people and experience new things and look forward to sharing moments of joy with those around me.
