Mrs Ali C

Hello, I’m Ali, I have been an RE teacher for 12 years. I’m currently a Head of Department in a large secondary school and 6th form. Over the years I have taught and marked exam papers for a selection of exam boards this has given me an excellent understanding of the requirements for both A level and GCSE. Alongside my full time teaching role I currently work as a lead examiner and assessment writer for an a level and AS paper. My subject specialisms are Christianity and Buddhism although I have taught Islam at GCSE and have good knowledge of all the religions covered in GCSE specifications. I have lots of experience helping students to achieve their target grades and beyond! I am very passionate about philosophy and ethics and am keen to work with students to improve understanding, essay structure and overall their grades.
