I am currently teaching part time in a secondary school in West Sussex where I have successfully taught History for the past five years. I have also introduced GCSE Sociology to the school which has seen it grow from 30 students to 90 students in just 3 years. I have been a part time tutor for 8 years. I have also been an examiner for over 20 years. I work as a lead examiner for AQA GCSE Sociology. I teach Edexcel and AQA History. The topics I am particularly experienced in are Nazi Germany, Early Elizabethan England, Cold War, Crime & Punishment and Britain, Power and the People. currently conduct my lessons online via Zoom.

Mr Amarbeer Singh G

I currently work as a Lead Practitioner of maths in a large comprehensive school in Gravesend, having previously taught in a grammar school for a number of years. I'm a highly successul teacher having been fast-tracked to middle leadership qualifications and have also completed a Masters in Expert Teaching. I have a deep understanding of what make effective teaching and have been training and mentoring teachers for over 4 years to demonstrate this. My teaching style is built around helping students understand fundamentals, correcting misconceptions quickly, and reguarly revisiting knowledge so that it is embedded.

Mr Jonathan B

I am an enthusiastic teacher, having taught Primary Education since 2014. I have a diverse range of experience teaching in different primary settings and leading core subjects such as English and Maths. I currently work as a Year 6 teacher and Year group Leader. I have experience teaching both KS1 and KS2, however much of my experience has been in upper KS2. This has really helped to develop my understanding of statutory assessment in Primary education. Alongside this, I have been an external moderator (KS2 Writing) for the DfE, and a member of the Sussex Maths Hub which has both helped to keep my knowledge and understanding of current trends, pedagogy and assessment up to date so that my pupils are always best prepared to reach their full potential. I am accredited SLE (English) and enjoy sharing my passion for learning with children to help them thrive and achieve the highest possible standards.
