I am a qualified Primary School teacher with over 20 years experience. I have taught in Years 1-5 but have taught in Year 3 and 4 for the majority of my teaching career. I have excellent knowledge of the whole primary curriculum. I am currently working as an intervention teacher. In this role, I teach small groups of children in Year 2-6 which enables me to help children catch up on any missed learning. I tutor all core subjects of the KS1 and 2 curriculum (Y1-6) and can teach children of all abilities. I have had the privilege to home school a Year 2 and Reception child from August 2020-July 2021. I like to make my lessons engaging and challenging and can use a range of teaching strategies to ensure all children can reach their full potential , develop their confidence and make progress.
