Mrs Carol G

I am a fully qualified teacher with a Bachelor degree in Education and Master of Arts in Education. My background revolves around Qualified SENCO, Specialist Leader in Education (SLE in Geography) Head of faculty and several other academic and pastoral-inclined leadership positions. I have been teaching for over 31 years and have gained a wealth of international experience. I have taught across a range of Humanities subjects including Geography to GCSE and A-level, IGCSE Global Perspective, KS3 English and History. I am very experienced in tutoring across a range of subjects at the different Key Stages and has worked with SEND students while do my SENCO qualifications.

Lecturer in History at University College London, with extensive experience leading undergraduate and postgraduate modules. I also have extensive experience teaching academic writing and academic skills, English as a Foreign Language, and developing bespoke courses in the humanities and writing skills. I have over 12 years of experience in private tutoring (from 9 year-olds to retirees) and teaching History in higher education. I am particularly experienced in supporting extended writing projects, postgraduate University admissions, grant and scholarship applications, mentoring students in their career goals, and designing bespoke skills-development projects. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and I can teach sessions in either language.
