I am a qualified teacher and I currently work part time in Year 1 in a local Bournemouth primary school. I have been qualified for 12 years and have taught all year groups from Early Years to Year 6, with a specialism in KS1. I have received comprehensive training in different maths schemes including Big Maths and White Rose. I also have a keen interest in phonics, reading and writing. I have been a tutor since 2010 and have thoroughly enjoyed working 1:1 with the children, concentrating on their individual needs and supporting them through the curriculum. I also taught GCSE Psychology for Christchurch Adult Education which I thoroughly enjoyed.
