Currently, Head of English at Craigowan Prep School in Perth, teaching English to Years 6 - 8 (P6 - S1). I cover the curriculum for excellence curriculum and the Common Entrance syllabus. Previously, I have taught in a number of Prep Schools in London, rural England and Edinburgh. I have taught across the primary age range, from Reception/Primary 1 all the way up to Year 8/S1 with a particular specialism in the teaching of English. I am currently on maternity leave and will not be returning to my role in September as I spend time raising my daughter. Therefore, I am looking for pupils with whom to teach either at home or virtually, either to supplement their schooling or to support home educating.

Mr Malcolm E

I have had a long career in education in Scotland. Initially, I worked as a classroom primary teacher in Glasgow and Edinburgh before becoming Assistant Head/ Acting Headteacher of a large primary school in East Lothian. I then moved into Teacher Education becoming latterly, a senior university lecturer in Education and also course leader of the BEd (hons) primary education degree course. In recent years, following early retirement for family health reasons, I have worked as a supply teacher for Glasgow City Council in both mainstream primary and ASN sectors. I am also an experienced personal tutor currently tutoring in Mathematics to upper primary/ lower secondary aged children both face to face and online via Skype and Zoom. I am fully registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland and hold also a current PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) Certificate issued by Disclosure Scotland

Mrs Janette T

I am a fully qualified and experienced (16 years) Primary teacher, now a part-time supply teacher. I teach all core subjects within the Primary National Curriculum, from Curriculum For Excellence (CfE) Early Level to Second Level (Primary 1 to 7), across all ages and abilities. I specialise in teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Support for Learning (SfL) for Language and Maths. Qualified and experienced primary teacher with over 25 years experience at KS1 and KS2. Most of my experience has been at KS2 and I have lots of experience teaching French, Spanish and EFL in the primary too. I can teach EFL and English to KS3 level. Mr Christopher M

I have lived and worked overseas most of my life and have taught Computer Science in both high schools and universities. I am currently waiting to start as the head of Computer Science for Perse Suzhou and was previously the head of Computer Science for Bermuda High School and Markham College in Peru. I have also work as teacher in China, Indonesia, England and Japan and I have previously worked as processional software Engineer with international companies. I can teach in most programming languages, but Java and Python are the two I know best.
