Miss Elisha B

I am an experienced and passionate KS1 teacher with a solid understanding of the EYFS and National Curriculum framework. I have tutored children with a variety of specific needs including EAL, SEND and older KS2 children that have gaps in their foundation stage knowledge. Due to my experience, I understand the importance of closing the identified gaps in knowledge as early as possible so that the child can continue to flourish academically whilst boosting their confidence in class. Each of my lessons are carefully planned with the correct resources provided. I build on the skills taught from session to session and carefully consider each child's barriers to learning and how I can support and extend their progress with interactive games, targeted assessment and application of skills taught.
