I recently took early retirement after my third Headship so that I could undertake my own Master's Degree and work with the Schools of Tomorrow Fellowship. I continue to do some work as a secondary maths teacher as I enjoy working with students. I have taught across all key stages. I am currently a Regional Mentor with the Schools of Tomorrow Fellowship for their schools in Wales and the West of England.
