A graduate of Durham University I completed my Classics PGCE at King’s College, London. I was Head of Classics at St Catherine’s School, Bramley for six years, during which I mentored several Classics trainee teachers. I continue to give lectures for the KCL PGCE course. I am a keen advocate of promoting classics in the wider community and served as the Chair of the Guildford Classical Association for several years.
