I have been a primary school teacher for the last 16 years. I have worked with children from Nursery to Y6 which has meant that I've developed a whole range of engagement strategies suitable for all ages. I have 2 years experience of homeschooling for families that have opted to take their children out of mainstream schools, as well as tutoring a range of primary aged children. I am a PGCE qualified Economics and Business Education and I have continued to tutor both subjects despite moving into another role. My current position is in a prestigious independent day school in the North East of England. My teaching relates to helping struggling students in English and Maths, meaning I have a comprehensive knowledge of the current English and Math GCSE and KS3 curriculums.
