I am Head of Literacy at my current school and therefore am able to really push students when it comes to reading widely whilst also developing their vocabulary as well as obviously ensuring they are meeting their potential within the subject. For KS3 I mainly focus on analytical writing, creative writing, oracular and reading strategies. For KS4 I would be looking to work with students in whichever unit they are least confident in.
