I am a year 4 teacher and current STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) and Design and Technology subject leader. Within my job, I have to teach an array of school subjects that are based upon the National Curriculum set by the government, most notably English and Maths. Therefore, it is my duty to ensure my subject knowledge is at a high standard in all areas, especially in reading, writing and maths.
