I am a sensitive communicator and combine this with very systematic assessment, to really understand students' challenges and accurately identify their key learning needs, promoting quick progress and long lasting self-confidence. For entrance exams, I use my initial assessment of current knowledge and skills, to tailor a very individual syllabus covering exam content and key exam skills.

With 15 years’ experience in both Primary and Secondary sectors, I am a Senior Leader who brings about rapid improvements in my areas of responsibility with proven credibility. As Director of Learning, I currently provide pedagogical leadership to support teaching and learning across a group of schools, working closely with learners who require additional support or challenge to reach their potential. My Creative Arts background allows me to use a variety of methods to make learning fun and engage pupils in different ways, whilst achieving great results.
