My role as Phase Leader involved managing a team of six teachers and teaching assistants and I have also mentored PGSE teachers through their NQT year. My primary focus is to offer engaging and challenging experiences for all children, allowing them to develop self confidence and a belief in their abilities. I have significant experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and teach all core subjects across the Primary Curriculum.
