I began as a class teacher, and progressed to an assistant head teacher in 2018. During my teaching, I taught mainly in Key Stage 2, but I also have experience in Key Stage 1. Further to this I have tutored, and continue to tutor, children from year 1 to GCSE, in English, Maths and 11+ preparation. At the core of my teaching and tuition, is nurturing confidence. This is key to any child developing as a successful learner. Building strong relationships between teacher and pupil, is also an essential part of tuition, and something I always work hard to achieve. My tuition works alongside my life as a mother. I have a young daughter who is eleven months old. Having a child, has made my passion for education and teaching even stronger.
