I am a year 4 teacher and current STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) and Design and Technology subject leader. Within my job, I have to teach an array of school subjects that are based upon the National Curriculum set by the government, most notably English and Maths. Therefore, it is my duty to ensure my subject knowledge is at a high standard in all areas, especially in reading, writing and maths. I am able to construct child-friendly lessons that cater for a variety of needs. Initially, I would assess a child's current ability and then use that information to inform my future planning. Mrs Tracy G

Qualified Primary Teacher with 20 years+ in the classroom. Taught all year groups across Key Stages 1 and 2, from whole class to 1:1, including SEN children with a variety of needs. I believe all children can achieve in a supportive environment so I make it a priority to get to know the child and how they will best learn.
