A little more about Wheatley
Wheatley is a large village and civil parish in Oxfordshire, about 5 miles east of Oxford. One of Wheatley's main industries was quarrying limestone which was used for building Windsor Castle, Merton College, local cottages and other ecclesiastical buildings, which were erected between the 13th and 18th centuries.
