I am currently teaching part time in a secondary school in West Sussex where I have successfully taught History for the past five years. I have also introduced GCSE Sociology to the school which has seen it grow from 30 students to 90 students in just 3 years. I have been a part time tutor for 8 years. The topics I am particularly experienced in are Nazi Germany, Early Elizabethan England, Cold War, Crime & Punishment and Britain, Power and the People. currently conduct my lessons online via Zoom.

I'm a qualified and experienced teacher of Art and Music with 16 years teaching experience and excellent GCSE results. Happy to help pupils prepare for their GCSE Art coursework and exam or to prepare for their GCSE Music. Previously I worked at Tanbridge House School, Horsham teaching both Art and Music, before that I worked in South London in Glenthorne High School teaching Music to 11 - 18 year olds. Due to my teaching experience, I am happy to help with English or History up to GCSE level, study skills with tips and advice on how to revise effectively.

I have taught to A-Level standard: The Soviet Union 1917 - 91: China under Chairman Mao: The British Empire 1763 - 1914: Weimar and Nazi Germany: 20th Century America: India 1914 - 47: Ireland 1857 - 1925: Medieval medicine.

Mr Joel M

Qualified and experienced High School Geography and History teacher for over 20 years. 3 years in the UK (1997-2000) and then 17 in Perth Western Australia where I continued to teach Humanities until I returned to live back in Brighton in 2018. In 2017 I won a teachers magazine award in Australia for their 'Unsung Hero'. In 2016 my Year 12 Geography class were one of the 10 highest scoring classes in Western Australia. I have travelled extensively and have been to all 7 continents including Antarctica and often use case studies where I can in my work. I am looking to help any students with KS3 or GCSE Geography or History in the Brighton and Hove area.
