I currently teach exclusively A level Geography at a local College using the WJEC exam board. I have worked successfully tutoring students 1:1 maths and geography, I also teach the flute and music theory. Whilst I also work with students to gain functional skills in maths and English. With a good understanding of exam and assessment requirements getting those grades is a combination of tutoring subject knowledge and exam technique. I am a qualified teacher of Modern Foreign language and I have over 5 years experience teaching and tutoring all age groups. My specialisms are French and Spanish and I teach French and Spanish from Prep through to GCSE, IGCSE and A level, across all major Exam Boards. All of my students who I have tutored at GCSE have achieved grades 9-7 and all of my students who I have tutored at A-Level have achieved A*-A grades. I plan and deliver engaging, challenging and exciting lessons that are tailored to you or your child's individual needs. I also have experience in providing language tuition for adults and businesses, from beginner to advanced levels. I also teach and tutor German and History at Key Stage 3.

I have a love for literature, and enjoy teaching poetry, helping students with studying novels, and also helping develop creative writing in young people. I have worked with AQA exam board, in both the Literature and Language GCSE papers. In addition I have homeschooled my own children, using Edexcel iGCSE subject, and am familiar with the homeschooling exam process and options. I have taught in catholic schools, worked in a challenging SEND school, and also in mainstream academies.I have also taught history at KS3, and love how English and History so often link with each other.
