I am Head of the German department at a successful Grammar School in the South East of England and a German native speaker. In addition to that I also work as an examiner for several exam boards and I train trainee teachers of German to become German teachers. I have been teaching German up to A-Level for over 15 years at Grammar School level, whilst privately tutoring any age group, including primary school children, adults who wish to learn the German language from scratch and university students who study the language at degree level. In 2019 I was awarded the German Teacher of the Year award by the Embassy of Switzerland.
