Gerard Brown Supporting Statement: I am a qualified Teacher of English Language and Literature to Advanced Level and a graduate of Bristol University’s Honours degree in “Religion with Literature”. My degree has allowed me to also offer Humanities and Philosophy and Ethics courses to Advanced level. I am an ex BBC employee trained in Sound and Video production and have used this in the teaching of Media Studies. I have QTS from 1990 and a current DBS on the update service.
