I am passionate about making the world a fairer and more equal place. Everyone no matter their starting point deserves the right to a quality education. I am highly motivated and enthusiastic. Through education, creativity and positivity I inspire and encourage those who I work with. I strive to improve the well-being of others. By utilising a holistic approach I support and lead to ensure the world is a better place for all. In my recent teaching role I have taught KS3, GCSE and A Level geography to a range of different ability students. I was required to have a knowledge of students and provide appropriate differentiated learning materials, embedding retrieval quizzes into lessons. I created schemes of work for KS3 and supported with GCSE lesson creation content and resources.

Member since 2020 Ms Candice C

I am a well qualified teacher of Geography with ten years of teaching experience in London state and independent secondary schools. I have taught from Year 6 up to and including A-Level with a focus on keeping Geography relevant, fun and topical. There is no place for "boring" geography in my view! I have previously examined for AQA and am also familiar with the Edexcel GCSE and A-Level courses, as well as the NEA element. My fieldwork expertise also means I can help students with their individual projects for 13+ school entry and Common Entrance. I've previously worked within the admissions team at a popular SW London independent school and have tutored students more broadly, beyond Geography, at 7+ and 11+ entry.
