Qualified Primary Teacher with 20 years+ in the classroom. Taught all year groups across Key Stages 1 and 2, from whole class to 1:1, including SEN children with a variety of needs. I believe all children can achieve in a supportive environment so I make it a priority to get to know the child and how they will best learn. I prepare personalised, creative lessons and resources and with patience and support, they build self confidence in their own ability. I enjoy working with the EYFS and KS1 skills of phonics and literacy and offer support preparation for both KS1 and 2 SATs. I have a great deal of experience of all subjects across EYFS, KS1 and 2, both in NC and IBO PYP. All of this can be offered through online learning with Homeschooling support, too.

Member since 2020 Mr Richard S

I am a qualified French and German teacher and I have also retrained as a maths teacher, which I have been teaching in recent years, both in school, through private tutoring and online, at all stages of the GCSE curriculum, including exam preparation. In recent months, I have been working as a supply teacher and tutoring in the local area and can support home schooling. I have experience and knowledge of teaching all 3 subjects to the new GCSE specification. I have also taught and supported staff in a special needs school for autistic pupils. I take pride in getting to know my pupils, what they like and dislike about the subject I am teaching, and then I can tailor my lesson material to build on what they can do while addressing their weaknesses at the same time.
