Qualified and experienced teacher of English Language and Literature and Media Studies, with 13 years of experience teaching in secondary schools. Currently Head of Media Studies and Head of Year 7 at Oasis Academy teaching English (AQA exam board) and Media (Eduqas exam board) at Key Stage 3 through to GCSE. GCSE Eduqas Examiner for Media Studies in 2019 - the first year under the new specification. Experienced with a range of SEN including ADHD, autism and dyslexia. Currently studying for NPQSL while doing a secondment on senior leadership.
