Mrs Fiona A

Qualified teacher of English with over 16 years of experience. Experience in International, mainstream, non-mainstream schools throughout that time. Long term experience with 11+, 13+, KS3, KS4 (GCSE and IGCSE), EAL plus SEN students. All lessons are bespoke and created for each student. I work mainly online which gives me and the students the flexibility of teaching at any time. I have availability during the day for home educated students.

I am a qualified teacher of 33 years. I have worked permanently, full time for the whole of my career. I currently teach in Durham. My specialism is Maths to Higher GCSE Level. I have tutored privately for around 10 years pupils ranging from 7 years old to 16. I tend to support tutees toward a specific goal e.g SATS or GCSE. I have also tutored English up to Year 9 to generally enable progress. I enjoy the process of tutoring as it allows me to observe progress one to one over a period of time enabling great results.

Mr Phil G

I have been a former headteacher at two private and two state schools and was a founding director of a Free School in Newcastle upon Tyne. I have experience teaching across the age ranges [KS2-5] and have particular expertise in Biology & Chemistry. I have been teaching two home-educated students in preparation for their GCSE's and working with a number of Y5 & 6 students as they prepare for SAT Tests and/ or 11+ examinations for selective secondary schools. I use a variety of teaching styles and teaching materials and make my learning personalised to the needs of the students.
