As an experienced class teacher and Deputy Head across the Primary Key Stages, I firmly believe that good quality teaching and assessment leads to progress for all children. I am a strong teacher with excellent behaviour management skills, and most of my teaching career has been working in a school with high deprivation factors, high levels of Pupil Premium and high numbers of children with EAL. I have led and managed several curriculum areas including all areas of Literacy, Computing and Assessment. I am a child protection officer and am team teach trained.
