I can also help students to prepare for School Entrance Examinations and the 11+, as well as GCSE resits. I also offer vast experience of tutoring literacy and numeracy skills to adult learners. I specialise in helping students to overcome barriers to learning and have experience dealing with student who have Aspergers and Autism.

I have been tutoring English for almost 20 years. I have experience teaching at Primary level supporting SATs and reading intervention, as well as teaching secondary GCSE English. Currently I am working as a literacy intervention teacher, supporting transition from Year 6 to 7 and also GCSE English language, as well as tutoring English. I have experience as a literacy teacher at KS1 and KS2, supporting SATs and 11+/School Entrance Examinations. I have a great deal of experience working as a private tutor supporting students on a one-to-one basis, in person and online, I am a fully qualified Reading Recovery Professional.
