I have over 15 years experience as an English teacher and I have taught in mainstream classes in Secondary Schools and in Sixth Form Colleges. I have worked with a variety of students, from EAL Students on a 1 : 1 basis within a school to privately, from a home setting, mainly teaching GCSE. English Literature and Language. I tutor students in preparation for A-Levels and GCSEs, from a variety of schools in Sheffield including Westbourne School, Birkdale School, Sheffield Girls High School. I enjoy this 1 : 1 work, as I am able to specifically adapt work for individual students, giving them a personal tutoring service that brings some rewarding results.
